Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Giveaways are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

By participating in any Kendamil giveaway (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants are responsible for reviewing the eligibility requirements and rules of each individual giveaway.

Each Sweepstakes entry period will be stated on its respective giveaway page, landing page, or entry form. Entries submitted outside the listed entry period will be disqualified.

To enter, participants must complete the required entry method listed on the specific giveaway page (example: an online entry form, Gleam page, or Instagram entry mechanic).
Entries that are incomplete or do not follow the giveaway instructions may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more than once unless the specific giveaway rules allow multiple entries. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in disqualification.

Each individual giveaway will list the number of winners and the prizes offered.
Prize details, approximate retail values, and any partner brand inclusions will be described on the giveaway’s official entry page.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash unless determined by the Sponsor. Any taxes or fees associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, social handle, and submitted content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received for each specific giveaway.

Winners will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor.
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a winner:
cannot be contacted,
is found to be ineligible,
fails to claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification, or
does not return required documentation,
the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winners not receiving notifications due to spam filters, blocked email settings, or incorrect contact information.

By submitting any content (photo, video, text, etc.), entrants grant the Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the content for promotional, advertising, or informational purposes.
Entrants represent that all submitted materials are their own original work and do not infringe any third-party rights.

Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising from submitted entries.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
The Sponsor may disqualify individuals who tamper with entry processes or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of a giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or circumvent the giveaway rules may violate criminal and civil laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising from:
participation in the giveaway,
acceptance, possession, or misuse of any prize,
technical malfunctions,
unauthorized human intervention,
printing or typographical errors,
or any other issue related to the administration of the giveaway.

Disputes

All giveaways are governed by the laws of the United States.
Entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States.
Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential damages, or attorney’s fees.

Winners List

To request a list of winners for a specific giveaway, contact the Sponsor within four (4) weeks of the close of that giveaway’s entry period.

Unless explicitly stated, Kendamil giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social platform.
