If you have purchased any of our products from an online/offline retailer not listed on our homepage, kindly direct your inquiry at the retailer from whom you have purchased the product. Kendamil.com does not ship to any USA addresses.

 

Competition Terms & Conditions
  1. These are our terms and conditions and they apply to every "Competition" that we, Kendamil, administer across our website and official social media platforms.
  2. Copyright of the submitted video remains with the respective entrants. However, in consideration of winning one of the prizes, each entrant grants a worldwide royalty-free perpetual license to Kendamil and Kendal Nutricare to feature any or all of the submitted materials in any and all media for publicity and marketing purposes. This implies that any entry can be used for promotional purposes.  
  3. All contest participants grant Kendamil and Kendal Nutricare the perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish and make available their submission materials and agree that Kendamil, Kendal Nutricare and partner/s may publish their names in connection with this video contest and the associated campaign. 
  4. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that all videos, imagery or written content have been taken with the permission of the subject(s) (or, where the submission shows any underage persons, the consent of their parent) and/or venue/location/photo or sound owner and does not infringe on the copyright of any third party.  Entrants guarantee that they own the copyright for the submissions and for the usage rights required by the contest, and that their entry does not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or any other rights of any person. 
  5. A jury will decide the winners, based on how well the entries meet the criteria summarized in the provided marketing collateral.  The jury will be composed of representatives of Kendamil and Kendal Nutricare.  Kendamil and Kendal Nutricare reserve the right to veto any entry at any stage of the competition.  
  6. The competition winner will be selected at random and must accept their prize within 48 hours of our contact. If the prize is not accepted within 48, a new winner will be selected.
  7. Each competition will have its own specific terms and conditions detailing how to enter, closing date, prize etc. The "Specific Terms" for each competition will be published within the relevant social media post.
  8. You should always read these General Terms together with the Specific Terms.
  9. We may change these General Terms at any time so you should check this page regularly for any changes. Changes will apply from the date that they are published on this page.
  10. By entering any Competition you are accepting that you will be legally bound by these General Terms and the applicable Specific Terms.
  11. We recommend you print or save a copy of these General Terms for future reference during the Competition.
  12. Kendal Nutricare aims to distribute prizes within 2 weeks of the competition closing date, but this may be extended if required.
